The Broncos started their quest to be 2009 Pulaski Tournament champions by soundly defeating the Mudhens of Cecil on Monday night. On a beautiful night for baseball, Mark Reinke pitched five solid innings in notching his team leading fourth win of the year.
Leading the Broncos in hitting were Luke Kostreva going 3-4 with one run scored and 3 RBI's. Jake Reinke added a 2-3 night with a run scored and 1 RBI.
The Broncos will continue the quest by playing the winner of Freedom and Hortonville this Wednesday night at 8:30 P.M. in Pulaski.
